Working with fear. Sometimes seeing and embracing it for the first time in your life. Fear is a motivator, but it is a negative energy. Nothing constructive and high vibrational will come about in your life from fear. We work with clients to see their fears and how those fears govern their actions and life, sometimes for the first time. What are your fears? Can you recognize them? Where did they come from? Can you get rid of them? Fear is a thief that steals our joy, self confidence and self esteem, creating an inner dialogue of self doubt and submissiveness. Learning to recognize and release fears within is fundamental to Spiritual growth. We will talk with you about fears, help you identify some of the fears that are holding you back, and if you are willing, teach you techniques on how to release those fears within you that are no longer serving you.
