We all have both Masculine and Feminine energy within us. Sometimes one is more dominate than the other, but the goal is to have them in a state of balance within. Sometimes at the thought of this concept there is fear and confusion, as we have been listening to television and media too much for our sense of identity. We will work with you to uncover your beliefs on masculinity and femininity, encourage and boost the healthy ones, releasing the ones that no longer serve you. For many, the complete integration of both masculine and feminine energy within one’s self is the zenith of “self-work”.
