Should

re·sis·tor

/rəˈzistər/

noun

1.     a device having a designed resistance to the passage of an electric current.

The word “should” is a resistor.

Resistance in the body creates stress. Stress creates dis-ease. Dis-ease leads to poor health, which leads to more stress, which leads to people telling you that you “should” do this or that…which continues to exacerbate the problem, eventually resulting in depression, hopelessness, feelings of separation.

Removing the word “should” from your internal and external vocabulary is wonderful!

Peace friends.
